PURPOSE OF ACTIVITY:

The
purpose of this presentation is
to increase knowledge, assessment and critical thinking skills of the foot
care specialist in identifying the “at risk” foot and development of a
sustainable plan of foot care through ‘Comprehensive PATIENT Assessment’ framework.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

FN525.6: This presentation provides a FUN, interactive method in learning
standardized dermatological terminology to recognize changes in skin
integrity and accurately describe skin lesions to improve accuracy in
documentation and communication for the footcare specialist. The participant
will be able to review the term, its definition, use in a sentence related to
content, play the pronunciation icon and self-quiz!
