Description

FN103 – FOOT AND NAIL CARE: Management of Common and Complex Problems

The purpose of this activity is to enable the nurse at a basic to advanced practitioner level to identify common and complex problems for foot and nail care.

Following this presentation, the participant will be able to:
Describe common foot conditions, their clinical manifestation and the management of each.
Identify common nail conditions, their clinical manifestation and the management of each.
Describe the competencies for performing foot/nail care in the patient with foot and nail problems.

This content is delivered as an enduring material activity which is provider-directed, learner-paced and consists of handouts and test questions. The participant must complete all learning activities including an assessment quiz with a passing score of 80% and the course evaluation. Following completion of these materials, the participant is able to print the certificate of completion.
