The purpose of this presentation is to provide information on routine foot & nail care including nail debridement and providing skin care by the Foot Care Specialist. |
| COURSE DESCRIPTION:

FN525.11: This presentation provides step by step process in the routine care of lower extremity skin, foot, and nails provided by the footcare specialist. It identifies proper equipment, nail debridement, infection control practices for disinfection and personal protection. Patient education to enhance self-care and monitoring skills is highlighted. |
