Description
This is the curriculum package for learners who are registering for all five CE offerings in Foot Care Nursing. A discount is included in the pricing for this 5-course curriculum package. Learners who prefer to purchase individual CE offerings should select individual courses from the Foot & Nail Care Catalog.
Becoming Certified:
CE Requirements
As of May 1st, 2015 the WOCNCB changed the requirements from 5 CEs to 24 CEs. WEB WOC offered 5 CEs that can be used toward certification.
Clinical Practicum Requirements
Forty hours of clinical practicum will need to be completed with a clinical preceptor meeting approved requirements in order to be eligible to sit for the certification exam. Nurses are responsible for setting up their own independent study clinical work. The WEB WOC Continuing Education Program is only a provider of the continuing education requirements set by the WOCNCB to become eligible to sit for the certification exam.
