COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this presentation is to expand the understanding and knowledge of the direct patient care provider in skin care on a system-wide basis with guidelines for the maintenance of healthy skin and identifying those at risk for pressure injury using the Braden Scale pressure injury risk assessment tool.

Nurses of all levels, Wound, Ostomy, Continence (WOC) Nurses, Other healthcare providers who work with WOC patients
