COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This presentation will review pressure injury stages, unstageable pressure injuries, deep tissue pressure injury, moisture-associated skin damage, medical device-related pressure injuries, mucosal pressure injuries, skin failure, and other non-pressure ulcers. Participants will also gain practical guidance on documentation requirements that support accurate coding, reporting, and claims submission.

WOC nurses, wound care specialists, physicians, advanced practice providers, PTs, OTs, clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) specialists, coding professionals, physician advisors
